in therapeutic stomatology
1. The structure of the tooth pulp. Pulpitis.
Anatomical and topographic features, histology and physiology of tooth pulp. Age-related changes in the tooth pulp. Dystrophic changes associated with local and general factors. Changes in the dental pulp of aging and pathological conditions. Etiology, pathogenesis of pulpitis. Pathological histology of different forms of pulpitis. Pathological anatomy. Classification. ICD-10 (ICD-S).
2. Pulpitis. Initial pulpitis (hyperemia of pulp K04.00). Acute pulpitis (K04.01). Purulent pulpitis (pulpal abscess K04.02).
Clinical picture, diagnostics, differential diagnostics. Tactics of treatment.
3. Chronic pulpitis (K04.03). Chronic hyperplastic pulpitis (pulp polyp K04.05).
Clinical picture, diagnostics, differential diagnostics. Tactics of treatment.
4. Chronic ulcerative pulpitis (K04.04). Necrosis of the pulp (pulp gangrene K04.1).
Clinical picture, diagnostics, differential diagnostics. Tactics of treatment.
5. Pulpitis. Conservative and surgical methods for the treatment of pulpitis.
Indications. Features of anesthesia in the treatment of pulpitis. Endodontic Instrumentation. Determination of the working length of the root canal. Apexlocator in the practice of therapeutic dentistry.
Preparation of the root canal, technique.
6. Pulpitis. Treatment. Modern aspects of treatment (irrigation, obturation). Mistakes and complications in the treatment of pulpitis, methods of correction.
7. FINAL LESSON. Decision of situational tasks.
